People come to therapy because they want something in their lives to be different. We hear that we can only change ourselves, yet even if we "know" the why or how or who of how we got stuck, we can't always budge "it" on our own.

My job is to help navigate the terrain, to make sense of the landscape with you, and to be with you as you reencounter and shift the obstacles to living and loving your life.
